At Saajaa (साजा), your satisfaction is our priority. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to ensure your return or exchange experience is as simple and smooth as possible.
You can request a free return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that:
The item is unused and unworn
Original tags and labels are intact
The item is returned in its original packaging bag
For orders with multiple items, please submit separate requests for each item and choose your preferred size or color accordingly.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges after 7 days of delivery, regardless of the reason. We appreciate your understanding.
We allow only one exchange per item. We kindly request you to choose your size or color carefully during your first exchange, as exchange orders are not eligible for further return or exchange.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can raise an exchange request directly through our website. Kindly ensure you report such issues within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you return one item from a combo purchase, the refund will be processed as per the individual item’s price, not the discounted combo price.
Example: You buy 2 trousers for ₹1399 (after 15% combo discount) — one of which is priced at ₹799. If you return one, you’ll be refunded ₹600 (1399 – 799).
If you return some items from an order with multiple products and discounts, the overall discount will be recalculated based on the number of items you retain.
Example: You buy 4 items with a 25% discount and return 2 — your revised discount will be based on 2 items (e.g., 15%).
You may choose to exchange your item for another product of equal or lesser value. If the new item is of a lower price, the difference will be refunded to your bank account within 7 working days from the date we receive the returned product at our warehouse.
